Deadlines The deadline for registering title, authors and abstracts is June 8th, 2008 (23:59 GMT). The deadline for submitting papers is June 15th, 2008 (23:59 GMT). The deadline for final, camera-ready copies is August 24th, 2008 (23:59 GMT). Formating The formatting guidelines for paper submissions can be found at the ACM SIG Proceedings Template. Full papers must not exceed 6 pages (including all figures, references and appendices). Posters must not exceed 2 pages. Submission Use the paper submission site to register a paper, submit your paper for review, and then upload your final copy (pdf). To upload your final copy, go to your paper, click on the "Paper" tab, then click on "Edit Paper". You should then see a "Browse" button that lets you select your pdf file. After selecting your pdf file, click on the "Submit final copy" button at the bottom of the page. Copyright for all papers will be retained by each author. However, in order to allow Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the ACM Digital Library to archive your paper on the Web (and other forms), each paper must be accompanied by a copyright license agreement. The lead author for each paper must fill out and email a signed copy of this form to Mark Claypool (claypool@cs.wpi.edu) by August 24th, 2008. A digital, scanned image of your signed form by email is preferred, but please contact Mark if a fax is needed.The copyright box in the bottom left corner of the first page of your papers must contain the following text: Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, to republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission from the authors.
