The conference is organized on the campus of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA.

Using a campus map, the workshop Sessions and Breaks will be held in Salisbury Labs, Lunch in the Campus Center (dining hall), Dinner in Higgins House (great hall) and the Game Jam in the Campus Center (Odeum A).

Worcester is in the New England area, and about an hour away from four major airports: Boston (BOS), Providence (PVD), Manchester (MHT) and Hartford (BDL). Getting to Worcester from any of these airports is easiest via a rental car or a pre-arranged shuttle. There is also the MBTA commuter rail that runs from Boston to Worcester or the Lake Shore Limited route via Amtrak. Both the rail options require a short cab ride from the train station to WPI.
